Transfer Policies

Transfer credit may be granted for coursework completed at another college/university under the following conditions:

• The student must have earned a minimum grade of “C” (2.0 on a 4.0 scale) for the course to be transferred.
• The college/university from which the course was transferred must be accredited by agencies recognized by Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences.
• Transfer credit for natural science courses is generally granted only for courses less than ten years old. Natural science courses older than ten years may be evaluated on an individual basis. (Does not apply to RNs currently engaged in professional RN practice)
• In order to receive a degree from SLCHS, transfer students must earn a minimum of 30 credits from SLCHS (residency requirement).
